This two bedroom duplex apartment is situated in the heart of Paris’s bustling Latin Quarter in the 5th arrondissement. The furnished rental is on the intersection of Rue de la Clef and Rue Censier on the ground floor and the first of a 5 story building.
This apartment disposes of simple and modern décor. Upon entering the living room, you will notice large windows that open onto the terrace, illuminating the space. Thanks to the lack of walls, this area of the apartment is open, luminous and extremely spacious. There is a large L couch, table and television that comprise the living room. From the living room, you can view the kitchen which is cornered off by a kitchen bar. There are three stools that complete a breakfast bar as well.
