Stay right in the center of Paris’s Right Bank with this furnished four bedroom apartment in the 10th arrondissement’s Opéra neighborhood! The unit is on the ground floor of a building from the 18th century on Rue du Faubourg Poissonniere, betw. Boulevard Poissonniere & Rue des Petites Ecuries. Two digicode security systems protect the space, which also benefits from a garden outside.

Decorated in austere grey and regal purple, the round living room stuns with panoramic French windows facing the garden. The marble decorative fireplace, sofas and armchairs, and other antique furnishings give the space an upscale Ancien Régime ambiance. Living room 2 serves as the dining room, with a combination of vintage and modern elements and a table for 4. The full kitchen is separate and has all modern equipment, from the sleek dishwasher to the double-wide stainless steel fridge.

Four sumptuously decorated bedrooms are available to guests, each with its own unique style. Satiny purple tones, large closets, and a queen bed await in Bedroom 1, which functions as the master bedroom and opens onto the garden. Bedroom 2 is decorated in peach hues and has a double bed. Bedroom 3 has bold animal prints and blue walls, with a single bed and card table. Finally Bedroom 4 is great for kids, a mezzanine with one double and one single mattress. Like Bedrooms 1 and 2, Bedroom 4 offers cable TV for your entertainment. There are four bathrooms, two of which have unique layouts nestled within the apartment. Two are full bathrooms, one is a separate WC and one is a half bathroom with a shower.

A historically bourgeois district at the intersection of the 8th, 9th, and 10th arrondissements, Grands Boulevards is home to many unique Paris sights:

  • Some of Paris’s great theatres are nearby, from Folies Bergères (260m/.2mi) to Théâtre des Variétés (700m/.4mi).
  • The area is also known for its passages, covered streets that house unique shops and restaurants. We recommend Passage Verdeau (500m/.3mi), Passage Jouffroy (500m/.3mi), and Passage des Panoramas (850m/.5mi).
  • Food options abound in the neighborhood, from the bistro tables of Chez Momo (210m/.1mi) to the grocery store Franprix (210m/.1mi).

The nearest metro stations are Poisonnière (line 7, 300m/.2mi), Bonne Nouvelle (lines 8, 9; 500m/.3mi), and Cadet (line 7, 450m/.3mi).
