We were very pleased with the apartment. Very comfortable, all the appliances and facilities were as described and worked well. Romantic, top of the building garret. Close to metro and relatively close to Place Republique. Owner was very nice and available if needed. Not a fashionable area of Paris, but we knew that and chose it partly for that reason. No hitches in paying or with deposit.
