This 95m² (approx. 1,020 sq. ft.) three-bedroom apartment is located on the second floor of an 18th century walk-up building. The entrance gate is equipped with a coded security system and opens into a courtyard with a second door, which leads to the staircase.
The apartment entrance opens into a corridor linking all the rooms.
The first 10m² (approx. 105 sq. ft.) bedroom has a window with southern exposure overlooking the street. It is furnished with a single-size bed, a bedside table, a desk and chair, and a closet.
The second 16m² (approx. 170 sq. ft.) bedroom is accessed from the living room. It has a window with southern exposure overlooking the street. It is furnished with a children’s bunk bed, which has a chute attached, as well as a desk and chair.
The third 16m² (approx. 170 sq. ft.) bedroom is accessible through the kitchen. It has a window with northern exposure overlooking a courtyard. It is furnished with a double-size bed, bedside tables, an antique-style closet, and an antique-style desk and chair.
There is also an office, which has a window with western exposure overlooking a courtyard. It is furnished with a single-size sofa bed, a desk and chair, some bookshelves and an antique-style armchair.
The living room has two windows with southern exposure overlooking the street. It is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, some armchairs, a coffee table, antique-style closets, a piano, a TV, a DVD player, a stereo, and some built-in bookshelves. There is also a decorative fireplace.
The first bathroom has a bathtub, a washbasin and a separate toilette.
The second bathroom is accessible through the kitchen; it has a shower with a showerhead, a washbasin and toilettes.
The large kitchen is separated into two parts. The dining room area has a dining table with chairs and some closets.
The kitchen area has a window overlooking a courtyard. It contains four gas burners topped by a cooker hood, a refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster.
Heat and hot water are both gas.
For convenient travel around Paris, the closest metro station is Cardinal Lemoine (line 10).

It suited us well. I liked the design, enjoyed the fact that it was in an ancient building, the stone walls around the building and bedroom were nice. |

The apartment was a true Parisian experience. You literally take over a Parisian family's flat. It had a wonderfully equipped kitchen, completely ready for cooking. |
