Great location with supermarket, Metro station, and bakery all very close. Lots of storage space so we could fully unpack, great internet connection, and very clean. Owner very nice and helpful and easy to deal with. By US standards, very small kitchen for those that like to cook, but probably typical for Paris. The large legs of the dining table do not work well with the chairs, pulling up to table can result in banging the chair or ones knees. At 7 pm every night, the phone would ring several times; we picked up once and no one was there. Those are very minor complaints. Overall, it was great.

I am delighted to hear you liked Paris and my apartment and its "Paris lifestyle".
I am going to find a solution regarding the phone that rings. I assume a guest set a repeat alarm at that time.
As for the table, it is an antique with its own charm and, as you noticed, you can enjoy good meals (in France!!!).
The neighborhood is indeed getting more and more pleasant.

We spent [...] 5 days in Paris in apartments organised by your company. For a family of 5 apartments are the best way to go and the ones we rented were great. Both were near stations, walking distance to the city etc. No complaints at all but [...]
All apartments should have a folder with instructions for equipment eg washing machines -in English -as we found in our travels no country has washing machines like ours. These folders should also have useful info about
local transport, restaurants, doctors etc

[...] Otherwise all great and we would do it this way again.
