This four-bedroom duplex apartment is located on the fifth and top floor of an elevator building from the 20th century. A coded security system and an intercom protect the main entrance gate. This gate opens into a corridor, which gives access to the elevator (also protected by a coded security system). The four bedroom duplex faces the Avenue Bosquet and a private paved pedestrian street. It is particularly bright and sunny because of its many very large windows, offering a nice view of the Eiffel Tower and the Invalid Dôme.
The entrance door opens into a first dining room, which is furnished with a large glass table and modern stools. This space gives access to the balcony, which looks out onto neighboring rooftops.
The living room has three double-glazed bay windows facing the street with a double exposure (south and east). It is decorated in a modern style with furnishings such as a large red sectional sofa with a coffee table, expandable dining table with six chairs (up to twelve), stereo system, closet space and large display cabinet dividing the living area from the dining area.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for preparing meals at home, including an electric ceramic cooking surface, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and more!
Bedroom 1 is located on the same floor as the living room and kitchen, separated from the living room by sliding doors. It has one double-glazed bay window with an eastern exposure. It is decorated in a modern style and furnished with a double-size (140 cm wide) bed, two armchairs and a wall-mounted flat screen TV.
The other rooms are located upstairs and are accessible by a spiral staircase.
Bedroom 2 has two double-glazed sliding glass doors with a southern exposure that open onto the balcony. It is furnished with a single (90 cm wide) bed, a single-size sofa bed, a bedside table, a desk, and a built-in closet with full-length mirrored doors.
Bedroom 3 has sloped ceilings with two skylight-windows above the queen-sized (160 cm wide) bed and the adjacent desk. There is also a small bedside table, another chair and a closet with sliding mirrored doors.
Bedroom 4 has two double-glazed glass sliding doors that open onto a balcony with a double exposure (east and south) and a view on the Invalid Dome and the Eiffel Tower. It is furnished with two single size beds, a large glass desk, and a built-in closet with full-length mirrored doors.
Please Note: Heat and hot water are collective. There is air conditioning via individual units. A Wifi Internet connection is available. The owner of this apartment also offers a great deal on two museum passes, allowing you to skip the lines at some of Paris's busiest and most popular sites and save money on admission!
This apartment is located on avenue Bosquet in the 7th Arrondissement. It is near the Eiffel Tower (700m/0.4mi), the Seine River (220m/0.1mi) and the American Church (500m/0.3mi). The Tour Eiffel is settled in the splendid Champs de Mars with its beautiful floral gardens, perfect for relaxing on a sunny afternoon. Across the river is the stunning Place du Trocadero (1.6km/1mi). In this area you will find the Palais de Chaillot built for the International Exhibition in 1937. On the other side is the Hotel Royal des Invalides (1.3km/0.8mi), built during the reign of King Louis XIV and a masterpiece of 17th century architecture. All sorts of fashion, conveniences and other shops, select restaurants and cafes are in this neighborhood.

[...] We enjoyed the apartment we rented [in Paris]. It was what we expected with a few perks we didn't expect, like a computer with Internet access and the use of the phone for local calls. We corresponded with the owner a few times asking her questions about the apartment and she responded quickly.
