Stay just blocks from the Seine River with this 60m² (approx. 645 ft²) two bedroom apartment on the second floor (third in the USA) of a 17th century walk-up building! The main entrance gate is protected by a coded security system, which opens into a corridor leading to a nice paved courtyard, and by an intercom at the second door.
Combining classic French design with modern comfort, the living room offers sofas (one of which is a sofa bed with space for 2), a television, a decorative fireplace, and parquet flooring. The dining room is labelled as living room 2 and has a folding table perfect for hosting guests. There, you can enjoy meals from the separate kitchen, complete with basic amenities like a four-burner stove and fridge with freezer compartment. There’s also a washing/drying machine present for your convenience.
Two bedrooms are available: the small bedroom, courtyard-facing and furnished with a single bed, and the second bedroom, which has a double bed and an armchair. From the hall, there is access to the tiled bathroom, which is equipped with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet.
Steps from the Seine, this apartment is located in the Invalides neighborhood of the 7th arrondissement, named for the historic complex where Napoleon is buried.
For ease of travel around Paris, the nearest metro station is Invalides (lines 8 and 13, RER C; 600m/.4mi).

Location is excellent. Close to the Eiffel Tower and the Seine. Very quiet area. 10 minute walk from Invalides Metro. Came home late many nights and the area is relatively safe (though I would still avoid going alone). Businesses are generally not open late. Little to no bars/night life in the area. Very small bedroom. Linens' cleanliness questionable. Stains on some of the sheets and towels.

The owner contacted us to assure that she will check the linens herself and she will prepare a note small note for the washer/dryer. She also confirmed that as they live on the same floor, all guests are welcome to contact her directly during the rental should they need anything at all.
