Get to know one of Paris’s most desirable neighborhoods with this one bedroom furnished apartment, located in Le Marais, an area of the 3rd arrondissement. The apartment is on the fourth floor (considered fifth floor by Americans) of a four story 19th century building with no elevator near the intersection of Rue Vieille Du Temple and Rue Du Poitou.
The loft-like apartment is decorated in an eclectic style, with dark hardwood floors, antique furniture and mirrored walls. The living room is furnished with a sofa and armchairs facing the wall-mounted flat screen cable TV. Sit down at the upright piano or relax on the street-side balcony.
The open kitchen has everything you’ll need to enjoy your meals at home, as well as a dishwasher to help clean up. There is also a dining table for three located in the kitchen.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed facing a mirrored closet, with a skylight illuminating the room from above. There is an additional office space in the hall with a desk and chair. A washing machine is located at the bottom of the spiral stairs for your convenience.
This is one of Paris’s most popular areas, with lots of dining, entertainment and shopping options:
The rest of Paris is just a trip on the Métro away! The nearest stations to you are Saint-Sébastien – Froissart (line 8, 280m/.2mi) and Filles du Calvaire (line 8, 270m/.2mi).

The apartment I stayed in was perfectly represented on NYHabitat. I was pleased with my [Paris vacation rental] experience and would use NYHabitat again.
