This furnished three bedroom townhouse is located close to the Olympiades metro station in the 13th arrondissement.

It is located next to one of the most famous universities in Paris (Universite Paris I Tolbiac) and also close to the Place d'Italie.Not far from this accommodation is the Palais Omnisport de Paris Bercy, a large stadium where many athletic competitions (the Fun Door, The Bercy Open...), rock concerts and all sorts of exhibitions take place all year long. This neighborhood has many restaurants, cafes, markets, supermarkets, and service and convenience stores to offer.

Premises:

This 220m2 (approx 2.370 sq ft) three bedroom 20th century townhouse with a 400m2 (approx 4.305 sq ft) private garden. The entrance gate protected by a coded security system opens into a paved alley. Then a gate protected by an intercom opens into the private garden.

This house has two floors. On the ground floor are a hall, the living room and the open kitchen, the separate toilet, the third bedroom and a private bathroom.

On the first floor are the two bedrooms, the main bathroom and a laundry.

The 45 m2 (approx 485 sq ft) living room has many windows, as well as French windows with southwestern exposure overlooking the private garden. It is furnished with two double size sofas, a coffee table, an armchair, a decorative fireplace, some bookshelves, a dining table and chairs, and some decorative items. There is also a winter garden with four armchairs and a coffee table.

The open kitchen has a window and is equipped with four induction plates topped by an exhaust fan, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. There is also a dining table with four chairs. A freezer is located in the hall.

The third 15 m2 (approx 160 sq ft) bedroom has a window with southwestern exposure overlooking the private garden. It is furnished with a double size bed and a bedside table, a closet, a TV and some decorative items. There is also a private bathroom with a shower topped by a showerhead and a washbasin.

The 400 m2 (approx 4.305 sq ft) private garden has a dining table and chairs.

On the first floor, the first 25 m2 (approx 270 sq ft) bedroom is divided in two parts. The bedroom area has a window with southwestern exposure overlooking the private garden. It is furnished with a double size bed and two bedside tables, a wall mounted flat screen TV, a DVD player and a built in closet.

The office area has a window with southwestern exposure overlooking the private garden. It is furnished with a desk and a chair, an armchair and some bookshelves.

The second 15m2 (approx 160 sq ft) bedroom has a window with southeastern exposure overlooking a courtyard. It is furnished with a double size bed, a desk and a chair.

The bathroom has a window, a bathtub, a shower topped by a showerhead, a toilet, a washbasin and a built in closet.

There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer.

Heat and hot water are both in fuel and individual.

For convenient travel around Paris the nearest metro station is Olympiades (line 14).

Smoking is only permitted in the garden.

The apartment was a real find and we were completely satisfied. We didn't know anything like this existed in Paris, it's basically a country house with garden right in the middle of [the city].
