The apartment was large and tastefully decorated. For those who intend to cook, the kitchen was very well-appointed. We loved the beautiful large windows and enjoyed having breakfast each day with the gorgeous dining room window opened so we could hear and view the city! The owners met us when we arrived, showed us around, and gave us their number should we need anything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!! |

Hello Lisa Thank you very much for your remarks, It is very useful to have guest's feedback.. I will then be able to improve my future guests's stay. Thank you also for your grades Indeed, it would be useful to have a welcome booklet with explanations about the apartment's functioning and some items location.. which are actually there! We already fixed this.. Now we hand a booklet over to our guests.. But we need to translate it in English! Regarding our personal belongings, paradoxically some agencies ask us not to remove them so that guests don't have the impression of being in a lifeless hotel. Our customers are our guests! |
