Built in 1958, this 4 bedroom villa on Avenue des Tritons & Allée du Corail in the French Riviera has bucolic views with direct access to the sea side.
This villa has wonderful features including a terrace, multiple parking spaces a swimming pool with pool specialist as well as a gardener. There is a washer in this lovely villa any plenty of space outdoors to let your clothes dry in the fresh French summer breeze.
There are two separate kitchens in the villa the first of which has a double sink, gas burning stove, an oven, dishwasher and everything you can need to make fantastic meals with the fresh ingredients you get from local supermarkets. In the second kitchen you will find a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, freezer and fridge for your use.
This villa has five bathrooms. Two have bathtubs and the third and the fourth have a shower. Hang up your wet beach towels to dry on the electric towel heater found in most French homes.
There are four bedrooms in this home which are accessible to you.
The first bedroom has tile flooring, a bed that sleeps two and an extra day bed for three guests in total. French doors, classic countryside décor and heavy curtains make this room practical for getting some much needed shut eye after days out on the town.
The second bedroom is part of a two room suite in a secluded separate part of the house that will be perfect for parents. Walk in to a charming space with atypical slanted ceilings, exposed beams and a twin bed before retiring to the full sized bed in this bedroom. This space sleeps up to three there is a small kitchen that is equipped with a mini fridge, two plaque electric stoves and a sink. An electric radiator can be used for cold nights.
There is a single or twin sized bed in bedroom three positioned over an ornate bedframe with charm.
The fourth bedroom is wonderfully lit with classic French doors that lead out on to the terrace.
The common space has several sitting areas and dining room table. There are beautiful exposed beams and a fire place as well as regal furnishings.
The outdoor space this home will allow you to access is spectacular. This is a very secure property with a direct pathway to the waterfront. It is calm and soothing; an absolute getaway. Plenty of furnished outdoor spaces and a sprawling outdoor space will ensure you and your guests will spend as much time soaking in the southern sun. Have breakfast outdoors on a warm day, you can be sure the outdoor dining set will be more than happy to be put to good use. Take blissful evening walks and watch the sun set.
You will find everything you need to make meals at the Carrefour Market (0.5 miles/850 m).Head over to the Cavalaire-Sur-Mer Office of Tourism for insider tips on what to do in the historic port city (0.8 miles/1.3 km). Take an afternoon stroll through the Rue du Port (0.7 miles/1.1 km). You will be able to see the many yachts and boats stationed at the port. There is much to do in nature in this town; you have everything you need to profit from nature right from the backyard of the lovely villa you will be staying in. There are many great public beaches in this area as well (1.9 miles/3.0 km).
