Firstly, I found the response from your NY Office excellent as I had to make a last minute request & you responded in a very prompt & flexible manner which was really helpful & reassuring.
Secondly, the London apartment was delightful - very clean, homely, well set up, convenient & pleasant in every way & we really enjoyed our stay there. It had absolutely everything we could want & we look forward to returning some time. |

We had a wonderful, jam-backed, exciting time in London. The neighbourhood
and your little apartment were perfect for us (and my husband first wanted to stay in a hotel!). After about a day we were calling it "home".
[The cleaning woman's] care and attention much appreciated.
We will be sure to recommend your company to friends and acquaintances travelling to London.
Thank you and your associate for making the accommodation portion of our holiday so easy and pleasant.
The vacation rental was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. [The apartment was] in a very diverse neighborhood with excellent restaurants, close to Hyde Park, Portobello Market and fashionable Notting Hill. My only reservation about widely recommending this apartment is the bathroom, not too comfortable in the shower as the ceiling is very low. But with all the pluses, this was minor for us. |
