Newly refurbished one bedroom in Victoria
This London accommodation located just across Southwark Bridge on Southwark Bridge Road, Lambeth is a large warehouse conversion was previously a tea warehouse built around 1850. The building has been recently converted into apartments.

The 1 bedroom rental apartment is approximately 110m2 and is on the 2nd floor of a walk-up building and is largely open-plan comprising kitchen, living area, bedroom, and two bathrooms.

The living area is furnished with sofa, dining table with seating for six, computer desk with computer providing dial-up internet access, TV, VCR, and telephone.

The kitchen is state of the art with remote control. There is dual oven cooker, electric hobs, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, kettle, and toaster.

The bedroom has double bed.

There are two bathrooms, one with bath tub and overhead shower, washbasin, and WC, the other with shower cubicle, WC, and washbasin.

There is weekly maid service included in thi London accommodation.
