This very attractive flat is situated in a modern purpose built building
with an easy walk to the first floor. The flat overlooks one of Chelsea's prettier garden squares.
There is a spacious good sized reception room with sofa, comfortable armchairs, bookshelves and dining table. The living space is open plan with an excellently fitted kitchen area with dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, oven, hob (stove top), microwave plus a small table.
The master bedroom is a good size with queensize (5') double bed, and good cupboards. The ensuite shower room has a large power shower stall, wash hand basin and loo.
The second bedroom also has a queensize (5') double bed with cupboard, and the third bedroom is a single.
The second bathroom has bath with overhead shower, wash hand basin and loo.
