Situated in a mansion block it has a versatile and spacious layout comprising a split level furnished sitting room on the mezzanine floor with comfortable seating and cable TV, with steps leading down to the open plan kitchen/dining room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washer/dryer, hob oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dining table seating 6.

Further steps lead down to an additional sitting area/2nd bedroom furnished with twin divans.

The adjacent bathroom has bath, over shower, wash hand basin and loo.

Off the main sitting room is a queen bedroom which is a good size with closet space and armchair and en suite shower room with power shower stall, wash hand basin and loo.

The London accommodation is in a portered mansion block close to the Fulham Road with many excellent local shops, restaurants and a cinema complex.
