Situated on Draycott Place this one bedroom apartment near Sloane Square is no the 3rd floor of a period building in this prime location in Chelsea.
The apartment is approximately 45m2 and comprises living room, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen.
The sitting room has comfortable sofa and chairs, table to seat 2 and a gas fireplace. There is a TV and also radio and CD player.
The granite finished kitchen has a washer/dryer, microwave/oven, fridge with freezer compartment and two electric burners.
The adjacent bathroom is fully tiled with shower stall, wash hand basin and loo.
The bedroom is quietly placed at the rear of the flat with chest of drawers, a hanging cupboard and twin beds which can be made up as a king sized double bed if required.
The Kings Road with its wide variety of shops and restaurants is a couple of minutes from the flat and Sloane Square underground station only a five minute walk.
