Large share apartment in the Upper West Side with a garden
|
This large duplex apartment, which has a private garden in the back, is available to share.
The upper level is shared except the bedroom and the lower level is private for the person who rents the apartment.
The large living room on the lower floor is furnished with a futon, a 40" HDTV and DVD player and a small fridge. There is also a dining table and toaster.
The bedroom is small and has a queen bed. There is a nightstand and a window, which is below ground but views through a grate to the back yard.
There is a half bathroom available downstairs which has a w/c and a sink.
Upstairs there is large living room, which is furnished with a sofa set, a dining table with four chairs and a decorative fireplace. There is a second living room area that has a futon and faces out to the back garden. There is a large sliding door that lets in fresh air and light.
The kitchen is connected to the living room and is stocked with the basics including a coffee machine, toaster and microwave. There is also a dishwasher. All the basic plates, utensils, pots and pans are provided.
The bathroom upstairs has a w/c, tub/shower and sink with vanity.
The back garden has several nice plantings and there is a large table for 6 and a BBQ grill.
The location is quite convenient. The 1,2,3,B,C trains are all within a few minute walk from the apartment, there is plenty of shopping on Broadway and many restaurants on Amsterdam and Columbus Avenues. Also, Central Park is a just a few blocks away.
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A NO-SMOKING APARTMENT.
