This is a one-bedroom apartment located Midtown, west of Manhattan between 6th avenue and 7th Avenue. This prewar building has a full time doorman, a reception area where all visitors are announced and laundry facilities are on site.The building also has a free gym.
This air-conditioned, fully furnished apartment is approximately 650 sq.ft, and is found on the seventeenth floor. Double exposure from the livingroom. In the main room there are windows, a coffee table, a coffe table and a sofa. The apartment comes with television, an alarm clock radio, cable and VCR.
There is a window in the bedroom and the bed is queen sized. The bathroom has a tub for further relaxation; Sheets and towels are provided. The open kitchen comes equipped with the usual amenities, microwave and dishwasher included.
This area is with in walking distance to the Theater District, Times Square, and a few minutes from Grand Central station. There are many famous restaurants, cinemas, trendy bars, shops and boutiques.
An easy commute is possible with the 1 and 2 trains at 50th street station.
