Luis's apartment is cozy and charming with wonderful light in the bedroom. The kitchen has everything you need so it instantly feels like home. Since the apartment is in the back of the building, it's super private and quiet. Location? Unbeatable. |

It was a great spot in the East Village! It was in the back of the building so super quiet. The apartment owner was also very approachable and immediately fixed a small issue with the radiator when I called him. |

I had an excellent six month stay in this apartment. It is very quiet since it faces the backyard of the building. The owner of the apartment was very nice and helpful at any time. The location is just perfect - everything you need is only one block away: supermarket, tompkins square park, bars, laundry,... I can strongly recommend to rent this apartment if you are looking for a nice place to stay in one of the cooles neighbourhoods of manhattan! |

It's a great apartment in a historic area of NYC. Great neighborhood, laundry nearby, walking distance to just about everything. Owner is very nice and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to rent again if the opportunity ever arose. |

The apartment was nice enough, the building could've been a little bit cleaner. It got a bit cold in the winter. |
