Two bedroom loft in Soho
|
Location: Soho between Mercer Street and Greene Street.
Size: Beautiful Two-bedroom loft located on the third floor-facing street. It is an area of approximately 1800 square feet.
Building: Postwar building with a private elevator and a security system.
Interior: This Artist loft is elegantly decorated with white walls, hardwood floors, and modern furniture. The kitchen is open onto the space and is equipped with a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and several cupboards. Pots and pans are provided.
The master bedroom has a moving door that can be left opened or closed. This large bedroom has a Queen size bed with a cable TV and VCR. There are also a lot of closets.
Contiguous to the master bedroom is the bathroom that is equipped with a shower/tub Jacuzzi protected by a plastic curtain and there is also a cabinet where towels can be stored. The other door leads to the guest room. This room is small but it can fit two persons, a queen-size matress is provided.
Smoking is not allowed and pets are not accepted.
Neighborhood: The Soho area is trendy, chic and has great shopping and many art galleries. This is an area, which is very active on weekends and as quiet during the week. There are great restaurants all within walking distance. The apartment is on a great residential street, which makes for quiet living. The apartment is close to New York University, Tribeca, Little Italy, Chinatown and the West Village.
Trains: The N & R lines on Prince street.
