I found the price to be excessively high for the service. I didn't have a functional kitchen for the 2 months I spent in the apartment (only the last 10 days). So the price should be reconsidered. If I have to go back to New York I will not stay in the same apartment. |

First and foremost, the price being asked for is reasonable considering where I am located, which is a highly desirable and accessible address which is quiet, peaceful and private. (clients generally keep to themselves and have something to get done while they're here, and don't seem to have a problem with that) What we offer is exactly what you stated...rooms. Albeit beautifully appointed rooms that have everything a nice hotel room would have or one would need to habitate, with a little more. Which is why most of the folks who come here are entirely happy and satisfied because it's exactly what they want. |

The room was nice. The landlord was a very pleasant and friendly man. The location is very good, transportation was easy, neighborhood safe and amenities close by including laundry, dry cleaning and food. |

This apartement is perfect for a student or a traveller like I was. The place is very safe and not too far from Downtown. It takes really 20 minutes to go to Times Square. The metro station is at 5 minutes walking. So if you stay a while in New York this room is for you. |

I stayed in this apartment for a month and couldn't wish for a better place. The host was very welcoming and made me feel at home. |
