New York Room For Rent - 3 Bedroom apartment for a roommate in Harlem (NY-14279)

I stayed in the apartment for 4 months and I was really happy (I actually decided to extend my stay, and I'm currently staying in the other room). Bedroom 2 which is the one I stayed at first is a great room and is bigger than what I expected from the pictures. There's a flat screen 32" TV with cable and the wifi connection is great. The kitchen and bathroom are small but have everything you need.

The owner is a genuinely nice person and is constantly making sure the renters are happy and asking if everything is fine. I'm a Columbia student and the location is perfect as I can walk to campus in about 10 minutes. Neighbors can be loud sometimes, but nothing too bad.

Many people told me to be careful in Harlem but I have had no issues, you're certainly not on the Upper East Side, but it's a nice neighborhood and the apartment is great for the price. Would definitely recommend it.

The location of the apartment in absolutely fantastic: just 2 blocks from a subway station where you can catch 2 express trains straight to Midtown and Lower Manhattan. Shops ranging from H&M to Starbucks are also just blocks away on 125th street.

The apartment owner is friendly, helpful and always makes sure the tenants have a pleasant stay.
As for the apartment itself, it has all the amenities you need to feel at home. The bathroom is basic but nice, the kitchen has everything you need to cook, and the living room contains a comfy couch and huge flatscreen TV.

The room I stayed in (bedroom 2) is very comfortable with a large double bed, table plus chair where you can work, flatscreen TV with cable and enough closet space to store your things. There's also a great wifi connection in the apartment.

I would recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Manhattan and looking for a nice safe apartment with a top location!

The apartment was great. The roommate share really brilliant, very pleasant. The host owner always very caring, really eager to ensure everything runs smoothly throughout my stay.

Owner is a great person, takes good care of the house, and is concern about the tenants.
The house has everything you need. Only bad thing about the house is that it lacks some sun light, but otherwise its perfect.
Overall, an enjoyable stay.

The apartment that New York Habitat proposed to me according to my schedule
and price range was perfect.

By walk, 2 minutes to an express subway station, 10 minutes to Central Park,
and 20 minutes to a large organic food store.

The apartment is very clean. The tenant, makes life comfortable to all roommates. He is a very pleasant person, open-minded and helpful. Rooms
are large enough to contain a queen size bed, a closet, a work table and are
equipped with a flat TV screen plugged on the cable. Secured Wifi internet
connection works perfectly. The kitchen and bathroom provide all the necessary comfort.

This apartment is definitely among the top-of-the-list choices in Manhattan, NYC.

I enjoyed my stay at your apartment, the kitchen was clean with new appliances, bathroom was small but clean. The living room was excellent! I loved the space and the couch. My room was very nice, not too loud, spacious and comfortable bed. Nice environment and fun building. Close to school and 25th street.

This apartment is really great: clean, spacious, comfortable. It is also very well located, on a calm street, near W 125 St. and Amsterdam Ave. where you will find everything you need. Plus, the A, C, B, and D trains are only a short walk away and going to midtown or downtown is very quick!

The landlord is a very good person and living with him is very easy and pleasant. I really enjoyed the 2 months I spent there, so I highly recommend you this roommate share apartment, you can't go wrong with it!

I stayed 5 months in room 1, in apartment NY-14279. I was very satisfied.
The landlord is very helpful and takes care of his guests. The apartment is kept extremely clean, and the place is very quiet. Also, the advantage is that it is located 2 blocks from the station where you can find express trains. This is a very good place I can only strongly recommend!
