This apartment is situated on the 2nd floor walk-up of a two-family house in Prospect-Lefferts Gardens, a neighborhood east of Prospect Park in Brooklyn, New York. The apartment has 4 rooms for rent.

Bedroom 1 features a single bed, dresser, armchair, closet, desk with chair and television set with cable channels. Linen is provided. PLEASE NOTE that there is an interior window between this room and the room for rent next door (Living Room), covered with wooden blinds and a curtain for privacy.

Bedroom 2 is also furnished with a single sized bed and includes a table and TV with basic cable channels. The renter of bedroom 2 has access to a closet in the hallway.

The living room of the apartment has been converted into a private sleeping area and is also furnished with a single sized bed. There is also a nightstand table, a desk and a TV with basic cable channels. PLEASE NOTE: This room does not have an exterior window, but has a window to the adjoining bedroom 1 (see photos), covered with blinds and a curtain for privacy. There is a also a locked door between this room and Bedroom 3.

The kitchen is equipped with all necessary items to cook and has a coin-operated telephone.
The bathroom has a bathtub with shower, toilet and sink.

The house has a spacious garden and backyard with lounge chairs, table and barbecue oven for outdoor cooking. The garden is shared with all roommates and owners of the house who live on the ground and first floors.

This house is in Prospect-Lefferts Garden near Prospect Park which offers many outdoor activities with a lake, baseball fields, jogging paths and music concerts during warm months. Additionally, the Brooklyn Museum, the second largest in New York City, and the Brooklyn Botanic Gardens are situated on the northeastern corner of Prospect Park. There are many stores, restaurants, cafes, fruit and vegetable markets, and much more shopping.

Public transportation is also convenient: several blocks away there are 2 subway stations, connecting you to the rest of Brooklyn and Manhattan.
