There is a desk for working at home, a big closet for extra storage and a ceiling fan to circulate air in the room. Two windows allow in natural light, looking North.

Bedroom 2 in loft: Situated in the front of the apartment, measuring 13 ft x 15 ft (approx. 4m x 4.5m). Fully furnished with a single size bed. There is a desk for working at home, a big closet for extra storage and a floor fan to circulate air in the room. Two windows allow in natural light, looking South. PLEASE NOTE that this room may be noisy due to its proximity to the above-ground subway tracks. The train is very close and that it can be heard from the apartment.

Common areas include a spacious living room and good size kitchen. The living room, kitchen and bathroom are shared with the host who also speaks Spanish and Portuguese. The living room is divided into two sections dinning area and a sitting area with a television streaming Netflix and AppleTV.

The street side windows let in bright southwestern light looking onto the neighborhood and the elevated train tracks.

The kitchen is open to the living room, and features exposed brick wall, the bathroom has a bathtub/shower, sink and w/c.

This 3 bedroom apartment share is next to the Bushwick City Farm (complete with chickens, a duck, a greenhouse. There is a community garden around the corner with a lots of natural light. A budding oasis.

The nearby area has plenty of small supermarkets on this street, mail service center, corner deli open 24/7 with grill and menu for take-out, a pharmacy just two blocks away, and many restaurants and cafes. The Skytown, which brings people from Manhattan, is a little over a block from the building, another Goodbye Blue Monday is a fun bar with live local talents, and you are within walking distance of Bushwick coffee shops, yoga, restaurants as well as East Williamsburg, featuring nonstop concerts and art shows.

Public transportation is convenient with the J/M/Z subway station only about 1 block away (about 150m), taking you through South Williamsburg to lower Manhattan and connecting you to the rest of New York City. In rush hour it can take as few as 15 minutes to Canal Street and Broadway.

PLEASE NOTE: This apartment is in a building situated next to above ground train, so train noise will be present. There are 2 cats, Cherry and Bungee, cared for by the owner. The loft has wooden floors and there are no carpets. The cats haven't been allowed in the guest room. The loft is kept clean and vacuumed for our guests who may be allergic and a vacuum is available 24/7. No smoking allowed in the apartment or building.
