This is a two bedroom / one bathroom apartment to share in a brownstone building with a buzzer / intercom system located on a tree lined street. The entire apartment is air conditioned.
On your way into the apartment there is a very cozy living room with a window, hard wood floors, green wall to wall carpeting, red brick walls and a wood framed fireplace. It is fully furnished with antiques. There is a sofa, a rocking chair, a lounge table, nice paintings, sculptures, book shelves, lamps, a TV with cable, a VCR, and a stereo.
One door leads to the bedroom of the tenant, one to the kitchen and an other one to the kitchen.
The bathroom is standard: shower with a glass sliding doors and bathtub, toilet, sink, mirrored medicine cabinet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, wood storage cabinets, a stove, a fridge, a dishwasher and a microwave. From the kitchen a corridor leads to the bedroom to rent which has a window facing the backyard.
This corridor is actually below the loft bed of the bedroom to rent. There is one closet, two desks with a chair, a lamp and a stereo. The loft bed is on the upper level. There is a single bed, a bedside table with lamp, a small closet, a small dresser with a TV (including cable). There is wireless internet. This room has a 5'10" foot ceiling.
There are two cats in the apartment.
There is a laundromat on Columbus Avenue which is one block away.
Beautiful Tree Lined Street, Central Park less than half a block away. Also, you can find several, Restaurants, Diners and Supermarkets on Columbus Avenue.
