Two bedroom to share in Prospect Heights.
|
This two bedroom / one bathroom apartment to share is situated on the 3rd floor of a townhouse of Prospect Heights (Brooklyn).
The bedroom for rent is pretty large : about 110 square feet. The room is yellow painted and has hard wall floors. There is a window that faces north which provide light in the room. A fan set in the window cools the room. There is also a large closet and a stereo. This bedroom is furnished with a full size futon bed, a desk, a chair, and a dresser as well as a satellite TV and A/C unit. A private phone line is already installed.
The white tiled bathroom to share is a standard bathroom (sink, shower with bathtub, and toilet).
The separate eat-in- kitchen has a window and is equipped with a sink, a fridge, a stove, a coffee maker, and many storage cabinets. There is also a dining area with a round table seating two. There is a living room in the apartment but the roommate will not have access to this room.
There is a cat in the apartment. Owner prefers someone who is vegetarian/vegan friendly.
Prospect Heights is a residential area of Brooklyn. Seventh Avenue is the main shopping street where you can find everyday necessities or relax at one of the comfortable coffeehouses. On Flatbush Avenue, two blocks from the apartment, you can also find plenty of delis and supermarkets. Prospect Park, a few blocks away, is a great place for sports. For culture and nature lovers, the Brooklyn Museum and the Botanical Gardens are not far away.
The D, Q, 2 and 3 trains on Seventh Avenue and Bergen Street get you in Midtown Manhattan in approximately 20 minutes. The subway station is only five minutes walk away from the apartment.
