Large apartment to share close to Central Park.

Three bedroom / one bathroom converted apartment to share on the 5th floor of a prewar building with buzzer/intercom system and elevator located on St Nicholas Avenue at the corner of 115th Street. The laundry facilities are available in the apartment. In this apartment there are three separate bedrooms, a separate kitchen, a small dining room and one bathroom.
When you enter the apartment you can see a long corridor passing by each room of the apartment. Two bedrooms are for rent:
The bedroom 1 has a window, a large closet, a phone jack and a cable access. It is furnished with a full-size bed, a couch and a small TV.
The bedroom 2 has two windows, a phone jack and a fireplace. It is furnished with a Queen-size bed, a couch, a desk, an armoire, a small TV and a chair.
At the entrance of the apartment a small hallway leads on your left to the kitchen and the dining room. The kitchen has a window; it is equipped with a sink, a stove, a fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a washer, dryer and storage cabinets. The dining room has a round table seating four.
The bathroom to share is standard: sink, shower with bathtub, toilet, mirrored medicine cabinet and storage cabinet.
Transportation: 2, 3 trains at 116th Street and Lenox Avenue or B, C trains on 116th Street and 8th Avenue.
Harlem is an area of Manhattan, which is changing a lot. Many people are investing in this neighborhood. Some beautiful prewar buildings are in renovation now. There are many restaurants, deli's and local shops along the main avenues provide most every need. The apartment is located 5 blocks away from Central Park. Columbia University is about 15 minutes walk.
