Studio one block from Central Park
|
This studio is located in a walkup building in the Upper West Side half a block from Central Park. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and has a small view of the park.
The apartment has a living room that is equipped with a double futon, a second double mattress, a dining table, a TV and Internet access. The room gets plenty of light from the five windows facing south and east.
The bathroom includes a tub/shower, w/c and sink with vanity.
The kitchen is basic and includes a stove, sink and refrigerator. There is also a coffee maker and toaster. Basic pots, pans, dishes and utensils are supplied.
Please note that the heating system is radiator steam replete with occasional clanging.
The apartment is located 1 block from Central Park and 2 blocks from the B,C trains on 103rd Street and Central Park West. The apartment is a short walk from Columbia University and shopping along Broadway.
