Attractive Studio near Montmartre
Neighborhood :

This is an attractive studio near Montmartre between Rue Ordener and Boulevard Barbes. The district of Montmartre and art are inseparable, as at the end of the 19th century the area was a Mecca for artists, writers and poets. Montmartre maintains its physical charm and the village atmosphere remains remarkably intact. There are tiny exquisite squares, winding streets, small terraces and long stairways plus the Butte's famous vineyard. There are spectacular views of the city from various points, especially from the famous Sacre-Coeur Basilica. There are all sorts of essential shops and services in the neighborhood.

Premises:

This spacious 35m² (approx. 375 sq. ft.) studio is located on the first French floor (second in the USA) of a walk-up building from the early 20th century. It faces south and has a security code system and an intercom on the premises.

The layout is as follows: the main entry hall leads straight to the living room followed by the open bedroom. Also from the main entry, the restroom is to the right followed by the kitchen and the bathroom to the left. The décor is modern and the walls throughout are off-white.

The 12m² (approx. 125 sq. ft.) living room is furnished with a black sofa, a rectangular coffee table, a wooden chair, shelves, a small marble table, two folding chairs, a long wooden table, a chair, a cordless telephone, and a portable radio/CD/cassette player. There are built-in shelves in the entry hall, a parquet floor and a window with blinds overlooking the street with a southern exposure.

The 8m² (approx. 85 sq. ft.) open bedroom is furnished with a double bed with two overhead lamps, a mirrored built-in closet, a stool, an area carpet, a wooden chair, and a black table with a TV. There is a parquet floor and a window with blinds overlooking the street.

The separate kitchen is equipped with a gas stove with four burners, an electric oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a manual coffee maker, an electric kettle, a sink, a washing machine, cabinets and drawers containing kitchen utensils. There are partial white tiles over the counter and a cream-colored tile floor; there is also a small window.

The bathroom has a large shower stall protected by glass doors, a sink with an upper mirror and lower decorative shelves, an electric towel-drying rack and an area rug. There is a cream-colored tile floor. The separate restroom has a toilet, a small window, and a cream-colored tile floor.

The Internet can be available if needed.

The closet metro station is Marcadet Poissonniere (lines 4 and 12) or Jules Joffrin (line 12).
