Calm and comfortable 3 bedroom apartment situated between Bd de Grenelle and Avenue de Suffren.

Just a few meters from the Seine River this calm apartment is within a few minutes walking distance (one metro station) from the majestic Eiffel Tower built on the Champs Mars just in front of the Trocadero gardens, bordering the Seine River. The beautiful Esplanade des Invalides adjacent to the glorious Hotel des Invalides which building was decided by Louis XIV in 1670 with the intention of housing and taking care of the old disabled soldiers is at a short walking distance from the apartment. On the left bank by the Seine River, the impressive Musee d'Orsay, and the National Assembly are at a short distance. This area is mainly residential but also offers options concerning fashion shops, varied restaurants, cafes, and other services such as sport clubs, cinemas, bilingual schools, etc. This 117m2 three-bedroom apartment is located on the second floor of a 1910's building having an elevator. The main entrance gate is protected with a security system and an intercom. There is a concierge in the building. The apartment is south exposed and faces both the street and the courtyard side. The walls are painted with nice pale stucco. There are exterior shutters everywhere on the windows and moldings on the ceilings. The floor is carpeted except in the separate kitchen, two bathrooms and separate toilet. The apartment is divided as follows: when you enter there is a long corridor hall with a wooden closet and a desk with a lamp, and a chair. On the right hand-side of the corridor are the 35m2 living and dining room. On the left hand-side of the corridor you will find the eat-in kitchen and a 12m2 bedroom. The 15m2 master bedroom and its private bathroom come after the living and dining room still on the right hand-side of the corridor. Going through the apartment is another corridor with, on the left hand-side, a separate toilet, a bathroom and at the end of it a 14m2 bedroom. The dining room and living room have two large windows with white under curtains viewing the street. It is nicely decorated on one side with a dining table and its matching chairs, a decorative fireplace surmounted by a large mirror and sets of built-in wall shelves. Facing it is a sofa, two armchairs, and a glass-topped coffee table, sets of built-in wall shelves, a wooden chest of drawers with a lamp and evergreens. This room is also equipped with a cable TV, VCR and stereo. The first master bedroom has a large window with white under curtains and black out drapes facing the street. It is furnished with a queen-size bed, two armchairs, a bedside table with a lamp, a wooden chest of drawers and a wooden closet. In this bedroom is a small and tiled bathroom with a shower protected by a plastic curtain and a washbasin surmounted by a mirror. The second bedroom has a window with white under curtains and black out drapes viewing a calm courtyard. It is decorated with a single bed (80 wide) with a bedside table and a lamp, and a sofa bed (120 wide). There are also a modern chest of drawers, a wooden closet and a desk with a lamp and a chair, a mirror and a halogen lamp. The last bedroom has a window with white under curtains and black out drapes viewing the courtyard. It is fitted with a sofa bed (140 wide) and a single bed (80 wide). There are also several built-in wall closets, a chair and a halogen lamp. The kitchen has a window facing the courtyard and is fully equipped. It is all tiled with a table and stools. It has a microwave, two electric burners and two gas burners, an electric oven, a dishwasher, a fridge and freezer (combo), a double ceramic sink, a coffee maker and a toaster. There is also a washing machine. The largest bathroom is all tiled and has a window facing the courtyard. It has a tub with a wall-mounted showerhead and a door, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror, a toilet and a dryer. Another toilet is separate and tiled. Heating and water heater: Collective Telephone to be taken by the tenant at his own cost. A maid service can be provided. Cable is included. The nearest metro station is Dupleix (line 6).
