Situated between Rue Mazarine and Quai de Conti, the heart of Saint-Germain-des-pres and its most charming streets, this one bedroom apartment is central and very calm. Celebrated area for its elegant, trendy streets and for the stylish fashion shops, a traditional elegant mall, antiques' shops, art galleries, and sophisticated and traditional restaurants and cafes. A few minutes away from the renowned Boulevard Saint Germain, the ravishing Luxembourg Garden, the Seine River, and most of the monuments and points of interest. Also, in the neighborhood there are excellent quality services such as fine bakeries, selected supermarkets, and the well-known daily Buci' open air market. The apartment is located on the second floor of a 18th century walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system and the building has a concierge. It is South East exposed, facing the courtyard. This 40m²apartment has white painted walls, very high ceilings (3,40m high) and wooden floor everywhere except for the kitchen which is tiled and the bathroom which has carpet.
