Nice location for this bright and functional studio apartment.
This apartment is situated in a calm residential street between Av Felix Faure and Rue Lecourbe.
Crossing the whole district from north to south this residential and commercial area is not far from the Seine River. It has many pleasant green squares such as the delightful Parc Andre Citroen with original design floor' jets of water, and the Parc Georges Brassens, a tribute to this famous singular French composer and singer. Starting on the border of the 6th and 7th districts, its end is close to Paris heliport and to the Aquaboulevard, a very large spa. In about ten metro station distance, what means some fifteen minutes, are some of the most important points of interest such as the Champs Elysees, the Tuileries Garden beside the Louvre Museum, and the Opera Garnier. The neighborhood offers diverse sorts of services, shops, restaurants and cafes, as well as markets and supermarkets.
This 22m2 studio apartment is located on the fourth floor with elevator of a well-maintained 1950's building. The main entrance gate is protected with a security system and there is a concierge in the building as well.
The studio is south exposed and faces a calm and flourished space. It has double glazed windows.
The walls are white painted and there is a carpet floor in the main room and tiled floor in the bathroom and separate toilet, and linoleum in the kitchen.
The main room has a window with manual shutters and curtains.
The apartment is very calm. It is decorated with a double sofa bed (180 wide), a coffee table, a dining table with its two wooden chairs, a small piece of furniture with a TV.
There is also a wooden bookcase and a large closet with mirrors.
The kitchen is separate and has a window giving on the evergreens. It is equipped with a table, a microwave and oven (combo), two electric burners, a stainless sink, a small fridge, a combo washing / dryer machine, a coffee maker and a toaster.
The bathroom has a shower with a wall-mounted showerhead.
Toilet is separate and has a window as well as a small washbasin surmounted by a medicine chest with a mirror.
The heating and water heater are central.
The nearest metro stations are Boucicault (line 8) and Ecole Militaire (line 8).
