Studio between Porte d'Orleans & Montparnasse
|
the apartment is located between Boulevard Brune and Rue d'Alesia, the street and the area where it is located are partly residential and commercial having all kinds of stores and services. Montparnasse live and trendy area with all its theaters, cinemas, restaurants, and nice cafes, as well as the 6th district and its elegant fashion stores are in a 10 minutes distance by the subway.
The 25m² studio is situated on the 1st floor of a 20th century elevator building with concierge. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system and an intercom. The apartment faces the street and the courtyard with a southeast exposure. It has white-painted walls and manual shutters.
The entry door opens on a small hallway, which has wooden floor and a built-in wall wardrobe. It leads to the separate toilet and the bathroom on the left-hand side and the living room in the end.
The 14m² living room has two windows and wall-to-wall, it is furnished with two (80cm wide) single beds, a TV and a phone.
The separate kitchen has a window, it is tiled and equipped with a small fridge, a stainless-steel sink, two electric burners and a microwave.
The bathroom is tiled, it has a washbasin surmounted by a mirror and a bath with handheld showerhead.
Heating and water heater are collective.
Telephone is restricted to reception calls.
The nearest metro station is Porte d'Orléans, Line 4.
