Two bedroom/one bathroom apartment in Ternes/Etoile area
|
Located Between Avenue Neil and Boulevard Peirere, this large 85m² two bedrooms penthouse is just a few steps away from the Arc de Triomphe. Traditional Parisian "quartier" having diverse sorts of shops, nice restaurants, cafes, open air markets like Rue Poncelet and supermarkets. Not far is the well known Parc de Monceau with spectacular gardens, known for its raw iron gates and beauty. Further up is the famous Place de l'Etoile and the celebrated Avenue des Champs Elysees.
The apartment is situated on the seventh and last floor of a 20th century building. There is an elevator up to the sixth floor and then a staircase leads to the apartment which is the only one on the seventh floor.
The main entrance gate of the building is protected by a security system and an intercom. The apartment faces the street and the courtyard with a Southwest / northeast exposure.
This apartment also has a private terrace on the roof (60m²) accessible by a staircase. It has a view over Paris roofs, the Eiffel tower, the Montmartre knoll and the Arc de Triomphe.
All the windows are double-glazed and of french type. They give access to a small terrace. Walls are white-painted and the apartment has wooden floor everywhere except in the kitchen and the bathroom.
The entry door opens on a staircase, which leads to the 30m² living room, the kitchen, the walk-in closet are on the left-hand side, the bathroom, a bedroom are in front, the second bedroom and the roof access are on the left-hand side.
The living room has four windows, it is furnished with a (140cm wide) sofa bed, a dining table, a cabled TV, a VCR, a stereo and a phone.
The 12m² bedroom has two windows with rolling shutters and a built-in wall wardrobe, it is furnished with a (160cm wide) bed and a secretaire.
The 9m2 bedroom has a window and a wardrobe, it is furnished with a (140cm wide) double bed.
The separate kitchen is tiled and it has a window. It is equipped with an electric oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, four vitroceramics, a coffee maker and a toaster.
The bathroom is tiled. It has two windows, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror, a bath with wall-mounted showerhead, a bidet and a toilet.
The walk-in closet is equipped with a washing machine combined with a dryer.
Heating and water heater are are electric.
The nearest metro station is Ternes Line 2.
