Located between Rue de Courcelles and Rue Gounod, this cosy and bright two bedroom duplex apartment is just a few steps away from the Arc de Triomphe. The neighborhood is very lively, with many shops and restaurants Rue de Courcelles and Rue Poncelet with its open market. In A short walking distance are the charming Parc Monceau and the Champs Elysées. The 70m² apartment is situated on the seventh and top floor of a 20th century Hausmanian building with elevator and concierge. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system and an intercom. The apartment faces the avenue (eastern exposure) and the courtyard (western exposure). It has white-painted walls, double-glazing, wooden floor everywhere except in the kitchen, the hallway and the bathrooms, which are tiled. The entry door opens on a hallway, which has red-brick tiles, a window facing the courtyard and built-in wall closets. On the left-hand side is the shower room. In front are the first bedroom and the living room. In the living room is the access to the first floor, where are a bathroom and a second bedroom. The 20m² living room has two windows, the first one opening on the avenue (it has a view of the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe) and the second one on the courtyard. It is furnished with a sofa and a dining table. The open kitchen, which has red brick tiles, is equipped with: a microwave, an electric oven, a dishwasher, four electric burners, a cooker hood, a stainless-steel sink, a toaster and a coffee maker. The 14m² bedroom has a window facing the avenue and a fireplace. It is furnished with two (90cm wide) single beds, a coffee table, a chest of drawers, a phone, a cable TV and a VCR. The shower room has a washbasin surmounted by a mirror, a shower cabin and a toilet. The 14m² second bedroom has two windows, one opening on the avenue and the other one opening on the courtyard. It is furnished with two (90cm wide) single beds that can be put together, A/C, a desk, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a cable TV, a DVD player, a phone and an internet connection. All beds are 90 centimeters wide and can be made into single large beds as well. The bathroom has a window facing the street with a view on the Sacré Coeur. It has a washbasin surmounted by a mirror, a bath with a shower, a toilet, a cloth dryer and a washing machine with a dryer (combo). The nearest metro station are Courcelles Line 2, Wagram Line 3 or Peirère Line 3 and RER C.
