Two-bedroom apartment located between the Eiffel Tower and the Invalides Area

Neighborhood: This apartment is situated between rue de l'Université and rue Saint Dominique. A few steps from the Eiffel Tower on the splendid Champ de Mars with its beautiful floral gardens, it is also very close to the Seine. Opposite, beyond the river, are Trocadero Place and the Palais de Chaillot, built for the International Exhibition in 1937 and housing the Cinema Museum, the Marine Museum, and the Human Being Museum as well as an esplanade offering an impressive view of the Eiffel Tower. This apartment is also located just steps from the new museum on the Quai Branly, designed by Jean Nouvel. The Musée du Quai Branly displays non-Western art based on the theme of multiculturalism. This is the first large museum to open in Paris since the Musée d'Orsay in 1986. There are all sorts of fashion shops, conveniences, select restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood. It also has a private bathroom accessible via a sliding door and equipped with a shower, a washbasin, a toilette, a window and an electric towel-drying rack. The 10m² (approx. 105 sq. ft.) second bedroom has a double-glazed window overlooking the street with an eastern exposure. It is furnished with two single-size beds, a bedside table, a chest of drawers and a built-in closet. The master bathroom is accessible from the entrance hall. It has a bathtub, a washbasin and a toilette. The owner can provide a laptop. Heat and hot water are both electric and individually metered. The nearest metro stations are Invalides (lines 8 and 13 - RER C), Pont de l'Alma (RER C) and Ecole Militaire (line 8).
