Located between Rue Saussure and Rue de Thocqueville, this 35m² one bedroom apartment is just a few steps away from the Park Monceau and its nice gates. The famous Avenue des Champs-Elysées is also in a short walking distance as well as the Galleries Lafayette and the Printemps department store.
The apartment is situated on the second floor of a 20th century walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system. The apartment has a southeastern exposure, it faces a courtyard. Walls are painted and there is wooden floor everywhere except in the kitchen and the shower room, which are tiled.
The entry door opens on a small hallway, on the right-hand side are the shower room and the bedroom, the living room and the open kitchen are in front.
The 18m² living room has two double-glazed windows. It is furnished with a 140cm-wide sofa bed, a coffee table, a collapsible dining table, a TV, a stereo and a phone.
The open kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an electric oven, two electric burners, a cooker hood, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a stainless-steel sink, a coffee maker, a toaster and all the utensils.
The 12m² bedroom has a double-glazed window facing the courtyard. It is furnished with a 140cm-wide bed and a large mirrored built-in wall closet.
The shower room has a window, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror, a shower cabin and a toilet.
Heating and water heater are individual and electric.
The nearest metro station is Wagram Line 3.
