Very clean apartment near Bastille

Located between Rue de Lyon and Boulevard de La Bastille, this 50m² two bedroom apartment is ideally located. Just a few steps away from the place de la Bastille and its opera, Rue de la Roquette and Rue de Lappe where numerous bars, restaurants and pubs are located. It is also very close to the Marais and Place des Vosges with its wonderful architecture. Finally, the''Coulée verte'' with its suspended gardens and the charming''Arsenal'' harbour are down the street. The apartment is situated on the fourth floor of a 19th century walk-up building with security system and concierge. The apartment faces courtyards, it is southwest exposed. It has double-glazing and wooden floor everywhere except in the kitchen, the bathroom and the toilet, which are tiled. The entry door opens on a small hallway. It has the separate toilet and a washbasin on the right-hand side and the living room in front. The apartment is organized as follows: the 18m² living room opens on the separate kitchen on the right-hand side, a bedroom in front and a second bedroom on the left-hand side. The bathroom is communicating with both bedrooms. The living room has a window, it is furnished with a sofa, a dining table and a TV. The 10m² bedroom has a window too, it is furnished with an armchair, a large mirrored wardrobe and a (130cm wide) double bed. The 10m² second bedroom has a window, it is furnished with sets of built-in shelves, closets and two (80 cm wide) trundle beds. The separate eat-in kitchen has a window. It is equipped with a cooker hood, four electric burners, a large fridge with combined freezer, an electric oven combined with a microwave and a dishwasher. The bathroom has a washbasin surmounted by a mirror, a bath with wall-mounted showerhead and a washing machine. Apartment equipped with an iron and its board. The central heating and water heater are individual and electric. The utilities (electricity, telephone, and cable) are at the charge of the tenant according to use. The nearest metro station is Bastille, Line 1-5-8.
