Studio close to Porte Maillot

Large and comfortable 35m2 studio apartment situated between Porte Maillot and the La Defense business center.
This apartment is actually located at only a few meters from the Palais de Congrès (one of Paris biggest exhibition places) in a residential, upscale and safe neighborhood. There are all sorts of nice shops, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, as well as an open market during the weekend. Less than a 10-minute walking distance from the apartment is the Place de l'Etoile, with its wonderful Arc de Triomphe standing on the Champs Elysées.
This apartment is located on the fourth floor with elevator of a 1965 building. The main entrance gate is protected by security system and an intercom and there is a concierge as well in the building.
The walls are white painted and there is carpeted floor almost everywhere as well as shutters on the windows.
The apartment is divided as follows: when you enter it is a small entry hall on the right hand-side of which is a closet and on the left hand-side the bathroom and toilet and the separate kitchen. The entry hall opens onto the 25m2 living space.
The living room has a bay window facing the street and is decorated with a sofa bed (160 wide), a coffee table, two armchairs, a TV and separate VCR and a closet with sliding doors and a desk and a chair.
The kitchen is tiled and equipped with an electric oven, three electric burners, a fridge and freezer (combo), a dishwasher, and a coffee maker.
The bathroom is all tiled and has a tub with a wall-mounted showerhead and a washbasin surmounted by a mirror, a toilet and a washing machine.
The nearest metro station is Porte Maillot (line 1 and RER A).
