This furnished studio apartment is located on Rue Sauffroy between Avenue de Clichy and Rue Championnet.
This quiet street is part of a cosmopolitan area close to the busy Place de Clichy, known for its seafood restaurants, cafes, cinemas, diverse shops, and organic open air market (every Saturday morning). Nearby is the large and unique Saint Ouen flea market, open every weekend from Friday to Monday.
Premises:
This 15 m2 (approx 161 sq ft) studio apartment is located on the ground floor of a 19h century walk up building.
The entrance gate protected by a coded security system opens into a corridor with staircase.Then a second gate opens into the courtyard where the apartment is.
The entrance door opens into the living room and open kitchen.
The 12 m2 (approx 129 sq ft) living room has a window with eastern exposure overlooking the courtyard. It is furnished with a double size sofa bed, a desk and a chair, a closet and a TV.
The open kitchen is equipped with two electric plates, a microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee maker and a toaster.
The bathroom has a shower topped by a showerhead, a washbasin and a toilet.
Heat and hot water are both electric.
For convenient travel around Paris the nearest metro station is Brochand (line 13).
