Bright studio in Montparnasse area

This apartment is located between avenue du Maine and place Denfert Rochereaux, a few minute walks from Montparnasse live and trendy area with all its theaters, cinemas, restaurants and nice cafes. The 6th district and its elegant fashion stores are in a 10 minutes distance with the subway.
This studio flat is located on the 1st floor of a walk up 18th building protected with a code system. The 40m2 studio has wooden floor everywhere except in the kitchen and the bathroom.
The door opens onto the living room. On the left hand side is the kitchen. At the bottom of the main room, on the right hand side is a little corridor which leads to the bathroom with its communicated separate toilet.
The 30-m2 living/dining room has 2 windows, one facing the courtyard (south exposed), the other facing the street (north exposed). It is furnished with a sofa bed (140 wide), two coffee tables, a mirror, a stereo, a phone and shelves. There is also a dining table with 4 chairs and a cupboard.
The small separate kitchen has a window facing the street. It is equipped with 4 gas burners, a white resin sink, a little fridge, a washing machine, a kettle and an electric oven.
The bathroom has a tub with a hand held showerhead, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror and, a built in wall cupboard and a dryer.
Nearest metro station are Gaite (line 13) Denfert Rochereau (lines 4, 6, RER)
