Studio apartment close to the Ile Saint - Louis
The entry of this really well located apartment faces the riverbank. It is at a few steps away from the heart of the Marais area with its trendy shops, cafes and restaurants.
It takes a few minutes to go to the Place des Vosges, the Carnavalet and Picasso museums. It's as well near to the Ile St Louis with its historical Hotels particuliers, the Ile de la Cite with the famous Cathedral Notre Dame.

This 13m² studio is situated on the fifth floor of a 19th century walk-up building.
The main entrance gate is protected by a security system.
The apartment faces the courtyard (southeastern exposure). It has painted walls and tiled floor everywhere.

The entry door opens directly on the main room. On the left hand side is the little shower room.

The 10m² main room has one window. It is furnished with a single bed, a built-in wall cupboard, a desk, a dining table, a TV, a chest of drawers and shelves.

A High speed DSL internet access is available.

The open kitchen is equipped with a small fridge, a separate freezer, a microwave, an electric burner, a cooker hood, an oven, an Italian Coffee machine and a plastic sink.

The bathroom is all tiled and has a washbasin surmounted by a mirror, a toilet and a shower cabin.

The shower room is furnished with a little washbasin surmounted with a mirror, a shower protected with a curtain and a toilet.

The nearest metro station is Sully Morland line 7.

 The apartment was small but adequate, quiet, clean and the landlords very pleasant and accomodating.
This was a very conveniently located apartment for the Cornell Law Summer Institute Program. It provided easy access to the Sorbonne a well as Paris attractions. The apartment was small but adequate, quiet, clean and the landlords very pleasant and accommodating. They spoke English which was a great help and provided invaluable information to help me negotiate the city the first week in town.The location was safe.I was able to run and sun along the Seine which was across the street. I would definitely recommend it.
