Bright and quiet one bedroom apartment in Montparnasse area
|
Located between Boulevard Raspail and Avenue du Maine. This apartment is ideally located at the border of the 6th arrondissement. Just a few steps away from the Jardins du Luxembourg, Rue de la Gaite Montparnasse, famous for its theatres and restaurants, it is in a very lively neighborhood with all the facilities. It is also a few steps away from the Rue de Rennes and St Germain des Prés with its trendy shops and typical restaurants.
This 40m² 1 bedroom apartment is situated on the second floor of a 19th century building. A security system and an intercom protect the main entrance gate. The apartment has a southwest exposure. The apartment has wooden floor everywhere except in the kitchen, which is tiled. There is double-glazing and wooden shutters on every windows.
The entry door opens on a small hallway facing the bathroom. On the right hand side it leads to the open kitchen and the living room. On the left hand side is the bedroom.
The 20m² living room has two windows facing the courtyard. It is furnished with two sofas, a secretary, a wooden dining table, a large mirror, two cupboards, a stereo and a TV.
The open eat-in kitchen has a window facing the courtyard. It is equipped with a large table bar, built in wall cupboard, a resin sink, a microwave, an electric oven, a freezer and a fridge, two vitro-ceramic hotplates, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and a toaster.
The 10-m2 bedroom has a window facing the street. It is decorated with a 140 cm wide double bed, a wooden cupboard and built in wall shelves.
The bathroom has a window facing the courtyard. It is decorated with a washbasin surmounted by a mirror and a bath with a wall-mounted showerhead.
The nearest metro stations are Gaite line 13 and Vavin Line 4.
