Comfortable one bedroom apartment close to La Defense
|
Comfortable 37m2 one bedroom apartment situated between The Etoile and the La Defense business center.
This apartment is actually located at only a few meters from the Palais de Congrès (one of Paris biggest exhibition places) in a residential, upscale and safe neighborhood. There are all sorts of nice shops, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, as well as an open market during the weekend. Less than a 10-minute walking distance (only two metro stations) from the apartment is the Place de l'Etoile, with its wonderful Arc de Triomphe standing on the Champs Elysées.
This apartment is located on the sixth (and last) floor with elevator of a beginning of the century well-maintained building. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system working at night and by an intercom. There is also a concierge in the building. The exposure is east west and it faces a little and calm street. The walls are white painted and there is wooden floor almost everywhere.
The apartment is divided as follows: when you enter the apartment is a small entry hall with a wardrobe and a separate toilet. Facing the entry hall is a separate kitchen. The entry hall opens onto a 16m2 living room. On the left hand-side of the living room is a 13m2 bedroom with its private bathroom.
The living room has a large skylight facing the street side. It is decorated with a folding wooden dining table with its matching chairs, a coffee table and a rug, a sofa bed (140 wide), a bookcase, an armchair, a halogen lamp, a telephone, and a TV.
The bedroom has the same large skylight viewing the street and Paris roofs, and is furnished with a bed (160 wide), a bedside table with a lamp, a decorative fireplace and several closets.
The kitchen is tiled with a small skylight and is fully equipped with a microwave, an electric oven with two electric burners (combo), a fridge and freezer (combo), a washing machine, a stainless sink and a coffee maker and a toaster.
The bathroom is separated from the bedroom by a sliding door and is fitted with a shower, and washbasin surmounted by a mirror.
Toilet is separate.
The nearest metro station is Porte Maillot (line 1).
