Modern one-bedroom apartment close to Porte de Champerret

Neighborhood:
Ideally situated in the western part of Paris, this apartment is located near the Parc Monceau. In this neighborhood and the adjacent quarters are the Etoile, the Madeleine and Opera areas. Parc Monceau, unknown to most visitors, is just a short stroll away. Close to this park, there is at rue de Levis one of the best year-round street markets in Paris, with traditional French groceries such as meat, fish, cheese, bread, wine, baked goods and chocolates. The apartment is also very close to the Espace-Champerret and the Congress Hall of Porte Maillot.
Premises:
This modern 27mē (approx. 290 sq. ft.) one-bedroom apartment is located on the sixth and top floor (seventh in the USA) of an 1870s walk-up building. A coded security system and a concierge protect the main entrance gate. This opens into a corridor leading to a courtyard. From there, a door with an intercom leads to the staircase.
The apartment is decorated in a contemporary style, underlined by a parquet floor and elegant furniture. It has a high-speed wireless Internet connection.
The 15mē (approx. 160 sq. ft.) air-conditioned living room is furnished with a modern sofa, a designer coffee table, a console with a phone and a flat screen cable TV with a DVD player equipped with a small home-theatre system. It also has two skylight-style windows overlooking a courtyard with a western exposure.
The open kitchen is decorated in a contemporary style. It is equipped with a stove (four induction plates), a combo grill/microwave, a refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a toaster. It has a skylight-type window, which offers a view of Montmartre Hill.
The 9mē (approx. 95 sq. ft.) open bedroom also has a skylight-style window and is furnished with a double-size bed and built-in shelves and wardrobes hidden by net curtains.
The bathroom is in a small corridor hidden by a sliding curtain. It is equipped with a washbasin, a toilette and a shower and also has a skylight window.
There is access to the laundry room (washing machine/dryer) in the basement; it is shared with the landlord.
Heat and hot water are electric and individually metered.
The nearest metro station is Porte Champerret (line 3).
