Simple one bedroom apartment in the Auteuil area
|
Located between Rue d'Auteuil and Rue Félicien David, this 50m˛ one bedroom apartment is in the part of the 16th district called Auteuil, which is very chic and at only a few steps away from the Seine River.
The apartment is actually near the Maison de la Radio and just in front of the commercial neighborhood of Beaugrenelle where are a lot of shops and entertainment facilities.
Next to the apartment you will find a few restaurants, cafes, bakeries, wineries, bookstores and all the necessary food services.
The apartment is situated on the first floor of a 20th century 6 floor walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system. The apartment faces the street (eastern exposure) and the courtyard (southern exposure), it has painted walls.
The entry door opens on a corridor leading to the living room and the bedroom on the right-hand side, to the bathroom on the left-hand side and the to the kitchen in the end.
The 15m˛ living room has a window facing the street and wooden floor. It is decorated with a 160cm-wide sofa bed, a coffee table, armchairs, sets of built-in wall shelves, a decorative antique fireplace, a cabled TV and a phone.
The 15m˛ bedroom has a double-glazed window with manual shutters and wall-to-wall carpet. It is furnished with a 140cm-wide bed, a decorative fireplace and closets.
The tiled separate and eat-in kitchen has two windows facing the courtyard. It has a dining area and it is equipped with a cooker hood, four ceramic hotplates, an electric oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine combined with a dryer, a toaster, a coffee maker and a toaster.
The bathroom has a washbasin surmounted by a mirror, a bathtub with a wall-mounted showerhead and a toilet.
Heating and water heater are individual and electric.
The nearest metro stations are Eglise d'Auteuil Line 10 or Jasmin Line 9.
