Basic one bedroom apartment in the Marais area

Located between Rue de Turbigo and Rue aux Ours, this cozy 54m² one bedroom apartment in centraly located, very close to the Marais area. It is just a few steps away from the pedestrian Place Pompidou with the renowned Musée Beaubourg. The apartment is located in one of the oldest street of the city, a few steps away from the Marais, the Halles or 2 metro stations away from St Germain des Pres. The apartment is situated on the second floor of an 19th century walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system and an intercom. The apartment faces the courtyard (western exposure), it has beams and tiled floor except for the bedroom, which has wall-to-wall carpet. The entry door opens onto the living room with its open kitchen. From the living room is a small corridor leading to the bathroom and the bedroom. The 30m² living room has a window facing the courtyard. It is furnished with a (140cm-wide) sofa bed, armchairs, a coffee table, a dining table, sets of shelves, a cable TV, a stereo and a phone. Tenants can receive calls and call with a card. There is also Internet access. The open kitchen is equipped with an electric oven combined with a microwave, three gas burners and an electric hotplate, a cooker hood, a fridge, a freezer (combo), a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. The 18m² bedroom has a window facing the courtyard. It is furnished with two 80cm-wide beds, a 140cm-wide mattress set up on a mezzanine, a desk and cupboards under the mezzanine. The bathroom has a washbasin surmounted by a mirror, a bathtub with a wall-mounted showerhead, a toilet and a washing machine combined with a dryer. Heating and water heater are individual and electric. The nearest metro stations are Rambuteau (line 11) or Etienne Marcel (line 4).
