Charming one bedroom apartment in the Montmartre area
|
Located between Rue des Trois Frères and Rue Lepic, next to the street where Amelie Poulain was shot, this charming 62m² one-bedroom apartment is in the heart of the Montmartre Knoll. One of the most visited tourist point in Paris, very close to Place des Abesses and Place Godeau, where Picasso painted at the famous bateau lavoir. It is also a few steps away from the charming Place du Tertre, where painters and other caricaturists are creating and showing there work in the open air. Another point of interest is the sacred Heart Basilica one of the most known churches of Paris. In all this area there are number of typical restaurants and cafes in addition to diverse sorts of basic services.
The apartment is situated on the second floor of a 5 floor walk-up building with concierge. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system. The apartment has painted walls and wall-to-wall carpet, except in the kitchen and the bathroom, which are tiled. It faces two courtyards, with a southern and a northern exposure.
The entry door opens directly on the living room with its open kitchen. On the left-hand side is the bathroom, on the right-hand side are the bedroom with its en suite dressing room / office.
The 32m² living room has two windows (northern exposure). It is furnished with a sofa, a coffee table, a dinning table, sets of built-in wall shelves, a stereo and a phone.
The open kitchen has a window (southern exposure). It is equipped with a fridge, a freezer (combo), four gas burners, an electric oven, a cooker hood, a stainless-steel sink, a dishwasher and a toaster.
The 12m² bedroom has a window facing the courtyard (northern exposure). It is furnished with a 140cm-wide double bed, side tables, a cabled TV and a phone.
The dressing room has a window (southern exposure). It is decorated with a desk, sets of built-in wall closets and a phone.
The bathroom has a window, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror, a bathtub with a wall-mounted showerhead, a washing machine and a toilet.
Heating and water heater are individual with gas.
The nearest metro station is Abesses (line 12).
