Cosy apartment in the Beaubourg area

This 35m2 one bedroom apartment is located in a very old part of Paris in a charming renovated passage with a friendly, cosmopolitan neighborhood where people casually greet each other. It takes a few minutes to walk to the Pompidou Center in Beaubourg, to the fashionable district in the Marais, to Les Halles in the very center of Paris, or the trendy Bastille, where you can enjoy shopping or hanging around in bars until late. By metro and bus, you can go, in only a few minutes, to the Louvre Museum. The apartment is adjacent to a school yard, where children play Monday through Friday, from 7:45am until 6:00pm. This apartment is located on the second floor of an end of the 17th century walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system. The exposure is south and east west and it faces a courtyard. The walls are white painted and there is red brick tiles almost everywhere. The apartment is divided as follows: when you enter the apartment is an 8m2 bedroom with no door but separated opening onto the 27m2 living room and its open kitchen. The bathroom is on the left hand-side of the bedroom. The living room has three windows and is decorated with a double bed (140 wide), a coffee table, two armchairs, large closets with a wardrobe and a washing machine and dryer (combo), a piece of furniture with a TV, stereo and a telephone, and a dining table and its matching chairs. The bedroom has a window facing the courtyard and is furnished with a single bed (90 wide), a small bedside table and another modern piece of furniture. The kitchen is hidden into sliding doors making part of the large closet. It is tilled and equipped with a microwave, two electric burners, a stainless sink, a small fridge, a water boiler and a toaster as well as all the necessary utensils. The bathroom is tiled and fitted with a shower, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror and a toilet. The nearest metro stations are Arts et Metiers (line 11 and 3), Etienne Marcel (line 4) and Reaumur Sebastopol (lines 9 and 8).
