This cozy and luxurious 24mē (approx. 255 sq. ft.) studio, newly refurbished by an interior designer, is situated in the exclusive Sixth Arrondissement between Rue d'Assas and Rue Huysmans. It is a few steps away from the historical district of Saint Germain des Pres with its elegant, trendy streets known for the many stylish fashion shops, antique shops, art galleries, sophisticated and traditional restaurants, pubs and cinemas. After World War II, Saint Germain des Pres became synonymous with intellectual life centered around bars and cafes. Within short walking distance are the Seine River, the delightful Ile Saint Louis and the Luxembourg Gardens. There are all sorts of essential shops and services in the neighborhood, such as the lively open market situated on Rue de Buci.

Premises:

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a 20th century, well-maintained building with a concierge. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system as well as an intercom. The apartment faces the street (northern exposure), it has white walls, double-glazing and electric rolling shutters. The living room and the kitchen have wood floors, the hallway has wall-to-wall carpeting and the shower room has natural stone.

The entry door opens into a small hallway. The shower room is to the right and the kitchen is at the end. The main room is accessed through the kitchen.

The 14mē (approx. 150 sq. ft.) living room has two windows. It is decorated with a 160cm-wide bed, a dining table, a TV, a large built-in closet with mirrored sliding doors, and a built-in wall desk.

The shower room has a washbasin with a mirror, a shower cabin and a toilet.

The kitchen is equipped with two ceramic hotplates, a microwave, a cooker hood, a small refrigerator, a small dishwasher, an electric kettle and a toaster.

Heat is individual and electric; hot water comes with the builiding.

An Internet connection is available.

The nearest metro stations are Notre Dame des Champs (line 12) and St. Placide (line 4).
